1. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when signing up and filling in your profile, such as name, username, email and photo; the content you publish; and app usage data such as device identifiers, app version and technical logs.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to create and maintain your account, display your profile and participations, run championships and teams, send notifications, prevent fraud and improve the service.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data based on the performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe and, where required, your consent.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers required to operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, notifications and payment processing, and with authorities when required by law. Public profile data is visible to other users.
5. Advertising
The app may display ads provided by partners. Depending on your consent choice, these partners may use device identifiers to personalize ads. You can review that choice in the app or system settings.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers with access control and encrypted traffic. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, although no system is completely immune to incidents.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After closure, data is deleted or anonymized, except for what we must retain to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Some of these actions are available in the app settings; the others can be requested through the contact below.
9. Children and teenagers
Kampio is not intended for children under 13. Teenage accounts require authorization from a parent or legal guardian. If we identify a signup outside these conditions, the account may be removed.
10. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Brazil. In those cases we require contractual safeguards compatible with Brazilian data protection law.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. Relevant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
